Thomas Annunziata will compete in the full ARCA Menards Series schedule for Nitro Motorsports in 2026, he revealed to Frontstretch at Phoenix Raceway on Saturday (Nov. 1).
“You know, another top five, that’s our fifth top five in a row, so I’m happy with it,” Annunziata told Frontstretch following the ARCA Menards Series West season finale at Phoenix. “I’m looking to get some wins next year or more. But yeah, it’s not been a bad run for us, so I’m looking forward to working with these guys next year.
“I mean, I might’ve leaked some stuff already, so not sure if I should say anything yet, but I will have a full-time ride next year. It’ll be announced … in a month, but it’s going to be exciting. We’ll win some races for sure.”
Further information, such as car number, crew chief and sponsorship, is not yet known at this time.
Annunziata debuted in ARCA in 2024 and has 10 starts across the platform. He scored his first career win, driving for Nitro, in the national division inaugural race at Lime Rock Park in 2025. Overall, he has one victory, eight top fives and nine top 10s.
Annunziata has also competed in the NASCAR Xfinity and Craftsman Truck series in his career, logging 19 total starts.
Annunziata becomes the second announced driver for Nitro in 2026. Leland Honeyman will pilot the No. 20 Toyota full time for the team.
Nitro plans to field four full-time entries in ARCA and a fifth part-time car. With the No. 20 accounted for, the team has the Nos. 25, 55 and 70 set for its full-time drivers. Annunziata has driven the No. 70 in several of his 2025 series appearances.
